Refund policy

We accept the return of the products. Customers have the right to request a return within 14 days of product delivery.

Our return policy is straightforward. Within 14 days of receiving the product, you can request a refund for unused lamps or related products. (excluding our shipping charges), any lighting fixture or related product that has not been used, is in its original box and is in resalable condition. The device cannot have been installed or modified in any way. The following types of items and orders are not eligible for return or refund

Products returned without a return merchandise authorization number (rma #), issued by; light bulbs; products that are custom-made (i.e. track lighting, custom-designed, or tailored to your order, unless they have a defect). Special purchases, such as items on sale from stock, special order items (special order items cannot be canceled after the order has been placed), orders for which a discount code has been used, Discounts on products, custom quotes, discounted items, marked items - non-returnable, non-cancellable and expedited shipping charges. We cannot accept returns, exchanges or cancellations of large orders of the same product. When returning an item, be sure to pack it properly. We recommend that you take out transport insurance, we cannot accept damaged products. In this case, you must file a claim with the shipping company and tell us what to do with the damaged product. We will keep your product for 30 days, after which the product will be destroyed.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the orderer had the order shipped for you later, we will issue a refund to the orderer and we will will inform your return.

Damaged goods

Any product received damaged or arrived with a missing part must be reported before installation and within 48 hours of receipt. The recipient is required to verify the accuracy of the goods and report any anomalies as soon as possible. Interior-Deluxe cannot be held responsible for any damage not reported within this period. We also do not accept responsibility for any broken parts which are reported after the fixture is installed. All damage must be reported prior to installation. Products received with broken glass, dented blinds or frames are not considered defective. In this case, we will provide you with replacement windows or blinds at no additional cost. We also reserve the right to deduct all shipping costs from the refund. Manufacturing defects

If there is a manufacturing defect - we retain the right to repair / repair any damaged part / glass or fault in any device - we sell. If the part in question cannot be repaired, we will replace it free of charge.


All products are covered by a one-year warranty which begins on the day the merchandise is delivered.

To order

We charge credit cards at the time of ordering. This protects both buyer and seller from fraud, since the amount is already on the credit card and the cardholder can dispute it before the merchandise is shipped.

Cancellation or modification of orders

If an order is canceled or changed, we will issue a refund, less charges incurred by credit card payment processors such as Paypal or Shopify. These fees are always non-refundable.

Shipping costs

Please note that if you select the shipping method as Hong Kong EMS, the corresponding freight will not be returned in the return refund.
