• BAI is a family of three pendant lights in different shapes and sizes. The smaller size can be combined to create different chandelier configurations. In this updated Chinese lantern, the paper becomes blown glass, the wires become solid ironwork finished in aged bronze, and the candle becomes an LED motor.
• While traditional Chinese lanterns hide what's inside, Neri & Hu strips the facade to reveal the inner workings of light, making BAI's interior glass tubes public. Structure and canopy in bronze galvanized steel. Diffuser in transparent, amber and gray blown glass. Column LED strip and LED module placed at the bottom of the luminaire.
