Although we offer free delivery for most items on our website, our free delivery offer may not apply to heavy, oversized or fragile items.
Some manufacturers also charge additional shipping costs, which cannot be waived.

Shipping difference:

For most of our products - we offer free shipping if the order value is over 45 EUR or the shipping address is in any European country outside Iceland.

If the shipping address is in Iceland, we charge a minimum shipping fee of EUR 80.

Shipping charges may apply if the shipping address is not in Europe.

Order processing:

The order processing time (Only the order preparation. Not inculude the shipping time and deliver time) is 7-14 working days, we will send you a detailed email with shipping information after delivery, including the bill of lading number and inquiry website.

Delivery delay

We will start shipping to you within 3-10 days.Delivery time is only an approximate time estimate, and our inventory is based on the amount of inventory received from the warehouse or manufacturer. Inventory levels can change quickly.
Even if we indicate “In Stock” on our site, this does not mean that the product is actually in stock. At the time of placing the order, the item may be sold.
Please do not schedule an electrician based on the stock levels shown on our site. The electrician should be programmed only when the item arrives.

Customs duties:

Transportation time:

2. Hong Kong EMS (to any country): 10-20 working days

Due to the impact of the epidemic, the speed of logistics and transportation has slowed down, and there will be delay in transport. We will do our best to process orders and deliver goods for you in the fastest and best way.

Compensation for overdue delivery:

If the goods are not delivered on time, we are very sorry for your delayed receipt of the goods, and we will provide you with 10% of the order price of the goods delayed compensation. We will do our best to ensure that the goods arrive on time.

Refused shipments

If your parcel has been shipped and is returned because you cancel the order or do not receive the parcel for personal reasons, we will charge 50% of the amount of your order (not exceeding €150) to cover the loss of shipping fee.

If an order has already been shipped and is being refused by the client, the client is responsible for the cost of returning the product as well as any restocking fees. If the product cannot be returned to the sender ( for example: if the return shipping cost exceeds the value of the merchandise), no refunds can be given in such a case. 

Incorrect item received

All shipments whose items have been received incorrectly or in error must be reported to us within one week of delivery. We must be notified by email if the item does not match your order. We cannot accept any complaints after one week of delivery of the goods. In the event of delivery of an incorrect item, simiglighting reserves the right to supply the correct product within 8 weeks after delivery of the incorrect item. simiglighting will bear all shipping costs to ensure collection of the new product. If the customer does not wish an exchange, the order will be treated as a return and a restocking charge will be applied up to 25%.

Support for all orders within 2 days of order cancellation without reason.

If your order has already been shipped. Orders cannot be cancelled. Forcible cancellation of the order, you need to pay a shipping fee.
