We offer a 2-day window for hassle-free order cancellations. If you decide to cancel your order within this timeframe, no reason is required. The time it takes for you to receive your package is comprised of two components: Processing Time and Shipping Time.
A. Processing Time is calculated from the moment your payment is confirmed and the order is verified (a verification email will be sent after payment).
B. If you change your mind after placing the order, such as switching to a different color, size, style, or product, or making changes to the shipping address, the Processing Time will be calculated from the point at which the order details are eventually confirmed. An email will be sent to you to confirm the updated estimated delivery time.
C. During holidays, the processing time may be longer than usual. We will provide advance notification in such cases.
