Regarding customs duties and local taxes: Please note that our payment does not include any customs duties, local taxes, or import costs. These additional charges, if applicable, will be the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information on potential charges.

Light bulbs for lamps: We do not offer light bulbs for lamps as part of your purchase. This is because light bulbs are delicate and can easily be damaged during transport. We apologize for any inconvenience caused and recommend purchasing light bulbs separately from a local supplier.

Color difference and measurement discrepancy: Please understand that slight color variations and measurement discrepancies may occur. This is a common occurrence in the manufacturing process and is unavoidable. We strive to provide accurate product descriptions and images, but please be aware that there may be minor differences in color and measurements.

Cancellation Policy:

We offer a 2-day window for hassle-free order cancellations. If you decide to cancel your order within this timeframe, no reason is required. Please note that once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In the event of a forced cancellation, a shipping fee for the order will be applicable.

Return Policy:

Upon receiving your package, we strongly advise conducting a thorough inspection to ensure that the items received match your specifications. Should you wish to exchange or return a product, kindly ensure that it remains in its original condition, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

Shipping Policy:

The time it takes for you to receive your package is comprised of two components: Processing Time and Shipping Time.

A. Processing Time is calculated from the moment your payment is confirmed and the order is verified (a verification email will be sent after payment).

B. If you change your mind after placing the order, such as switching to a different color, size, style, or product, or making changes to the shipping address, the Processing Time will be calculated from the point at which the order details are eventually confirmed. An email will be sent to you to confirm the updated estimated delivery time.

C. During holidays, the processing time may be longer than usual. We will provide advance notification in such cases.

Shipping Time:

We offer a variety of shipping methods depending on the product category and the destination country/region. The shipping time will vary based on the chosen shipping method.
